It has 4 large bedrooms, one with a 180x200cm bed and the other with a 160x200cm bed. The master bedroom is a suite with bathroom and dressing room.

The living room is bright, with a 65-inch TV, WIFI connection with high-speed internet if you need to work, and a dining table for 8 people.

The kitchen is very spacious with a dining table, TV, pantry, laundry room and direct access to the back of the plot where you can disconnect and relax by the pool. Exterior bathroom with shower for greater comfort.

The house can accommodate 8 people in comfort.

All rooms have AA/CC with split.

EXTERNAL:

You can enjoy great meals or long evenings on summer nights under the pergola that houses the barbecue area (gas and charcoal) and outdoor table for 8 people with views of the 8x4m pool.

There is a parking space inside the plot and free parking on the street.
